Travel along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1), one of the most beautiful coastal drives in the world, where dramatic cliffs, golden beaches, and endless ocean views unfold before your eyes. The first stop is Santa Barbara, often called the “American Riviera,” known for its Mediterranean climate, Spanish-style architecture, and palm-lined shoreline. Continue to the charming Danish Village of Solvang, where you can stroll through storybook streets, admire windmills, and enjoy authentic Danish pastries. By evening, arrive in Salinas, hometown of Nobel Prize–winning author John Steinbeck and an important agricultural hub of California’s Central Coast. Overnight stay in Salinas, preparing for the next day’s journey. "The American Riviera" in southern California is known for its year-round warm weather. It features miles of beaches as well as historic landmarks like the Mission Santa Barbara, a still-functioning church founded by Spanish missionaries in the 18th century.

Continue to the iconic 17-Mile Drive, passing by the picturesque Pebble Beach, where ocean waves, cypress trees, and golf greens create a breathtaking landscape. Next, visit the storybook town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, known for its charming boutiques, art galleries, and European-style architecture. The tour then takes you to Stanford University, exploring the beautiful campus of this world-class institution. Today we will first visit Zion National Park in the morning. Then we will drive to Bryce National Park in the afternoon. Continue your journey to Glen Canyon Dam and the beautiful shores of Lake Powell, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. After, we will visit Horseshoe Bend. Stay overnight in Page. The highlight of Zion National Park in southwestern Utah is Zion Canyon, which reaches a half mile in depth. The park is home to a spectacular amount of plants and animals, including over two hundred species of birds. Duration: Approx. 45 Minutes Bryce Canyon National Park is named for just one of many canyons which form a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters on the edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.
