Day 2: Los Angeles - Pacific Hwy 1 - Santa Barbara - Solvang - Salinas (290 miles)

Travel along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1), one of the most beautiful coastal drives in the world, where dramatic cliffs, golden beaches, and endless ocean views unfold before your eyes. The first stop is Santa Barbara, often called the “American Riviera,” known for its Mediterranean climate, Spanish-style architecture, and palm-lined shoreline. Continue to the charming Danish Village of Solvang, where you can stroll through storybook streets, admire windmills, and enjoy authentic Danish pastries. By evening, arrive in Salinas, hometown of Nobel Prize–winning author John Steinbeck and an important agricultural hub of California’s Central Coast. Overnight stay in Salinas, preparing for the next day’s journey.

Today’s journey follows the stunning California Coastline begin at the world-renowned Big Sur, famous for its dramatic cliffs and sweeping Pacific Ocean views along one of America’s most scenic drives. Continue to the iconic 17-Mile Drive, passing by the picturesque Pebble Beach, where ocean waves, cypress trees, and golf greens create a breathtaking landscape. Next, visit the storybook town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, known for its charming boutiques, art galleries, and European-style architecture. The tour then takes you to Stanford University, exploring the beautiful campus of this world-class institution. Big Sur is a rugged stretch of California’s central coast between Carmel and San Simeon. Bordered to the east by the Santa Lucia Mountains and the west by the Pacific Ocean, it’s traversed by narrow, 2-lane State Route 1, known for winding turns, seaside cliffs and views of the often-misty coastline.

  • This iconic bridge was built in 1932 and was featured in many Hollywood movies due to its aesthetic design. It was the highest concrete arch bridge in the world at the time, soaring 260 feet above Bixby Canyon.

Day 6: Los Angeles - Las Vegas (270 miles)

Today, you'll journey through the stunning Mojave Desert, capturing photos of iconic Joshua trees en route to Las Vegas. We will make a stop at Seven Magic Mountains to marvel at the colorful, stacked boulder sculptures. You'll arrive at the prestigious Resorts World Las Vegas for an evening of entertainment.

Day 7: Las Vegas - Zion National Park - Bryce National Park - Glen Canyon Dam - Lake Powell - Horseshoe Bend - Page (367 miles)

Today we will first visit Zion National Park in the morning. Then we will drive to Bryce National Park in the afternoon. Continue your journey to Glen Canyon Dam and the beautiful shores of Lake Powell, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. After, we will visit Horseshoe Bend. Stay overnight in Page.

The highlight of Zion National Park in southwestern Utah is Zion Canyon, which reaches a half mile in depth. The park is home to a spectacular amount of plants and animals, including over two hundred species of birds.

Bryce Canyon National Park is named for just one of many canyons which form a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters on the edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau in southern Utah.

Page is a city in Coconino County, AZ, near the Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. Page was founded in 1957 as a housing community for workers and their families during the construction of nearby Glen Canyon Dam on the Colorado River.

Day 8: Page - Antelope Canyon - Grand Canyon South Rim and East Rim - Las Vegas (622 miles)

You'll explore the magical light beams of Antelope Canyon, capturing perfect photos in this stunning slot canyon. Then, head to Grand Canyon South Rim and East Rim. After a day filled with natural wonders, return to Las Vegas for the evening.

Antelope Canyon is a beautiful slot canyon located on the Navajo Nation near Page, Arizona. All areas of the Antelope Canyon are only accessible via Guided Tour at an additional cost.

  • The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and Longer, shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. It draws a considerable number of photographers.

Before departing Las Vegas, embark on a brief highlights tour exploring multiple city landmarks such as AREA15, Luxor, and M&M's World. En route to Los Angeles, take a break at Outlets at Barstow for some shopping at various designer and brand-name stores before continuing your journey to the City of Angels.

Option 1: Los Angeles City Tour

We will leave in the early morning to visit the birthplace of Los Angeles at Olvera Street! Following we will visit the world-famous Hollywood walk of fame. Shortly after, is Rodeo Drive world famous street of boutique brand stores. Finally, we will visit the landmark the Getty Center!
Note: If the Getty Center is closed on Mondays, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, the scenic spot will be replaced by the Griffith Observatory (120 mins).

  • This pedestrian mall in downtown LA is the oldest part of the city. Now a historic state landmark, Olvera Street is home to many craft shops and Mexicali restaurants. There are many kiosks lining the street as well.

  • One of two locations of the J. Paul Getty Museum, this art museum sits atop a hill in the Brentwood area of LA. It is a massive complex of buildings, complete with a research center.

    If the Getty Center is closed on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, the scenic spot will be replaced by the Griffith Observatory (120 mins).

  • The Griffith Observatory overlooks the city of Los Angeles from the slopes of Mount Lee, full of astronomical and other scientific themed exhibits. Since its opening in the 1930s, admission has been free.

Option 2: Disney's California Adventure

We will visit Disney's California Adventure. Enjoy the rides and attractions, including "Toy Story Midway Mania", "California Screamin", and "The Twilight Zone, Tower of Terror". In addition, take an exciting ride in "Soarin' over California" a simulated hang glide over the Golden Gate Bridge, canyons, vineyards, orange groves, and the Pacific Ocean. In the evening, watch "World of Color", a musical spectacular of lights, dancing fountains, fire, fog, lasers, and HD projections on screens of mist.

We will visit the world-famous Disneyland theme park, the only Disney park to be built under the watchful eye of Walt Disney himself. Disneyland gets better every year, so even if you've visited Disneyland before, come back and relive the magic.

Option 5: San Diego City Tour

Passengers will be picked up in the Los Angeles area in the early morning. From there, we will head to San Diego, CA. Our tour of this amazing seaside city includes a Cruise of San Diego Harbor as well as visits to the USS Midway, and Old Town San Diego.

After an exciting day in this amazing city, we will return to Los Angeles in the evening.

  • Historic Old Town, San Diego is a historical and tourist-centered area that was the sight of the first European settlement in California. Within its boundaries are a litany of hotels, restaurants, shops, and two large parks.

  • This boat tour takes guests into one of the largest natural harbors in the United States. Passengers will see the famous southwestern city of San Diego like never before, and may even catch a glimpse of the naval base!

  • The USS Midway Museum is a maritime museum located on the Navy Pier in downtown San Diego. Much like the Intrepid in New York City, the museum consists of a decommissioned aircraft carrier that has become an educational facility.

  • Balboa Park in San Diego, California is a 1,200-acre complex containing gardens, museums, and the famous San Diego Zoo. The park is almost 150 years old, and sees more than 12 million visitors every year as of 2001.

Option 6: SeaWorld San Diego (120 miles)

In the morning, guests will have the chance to take the San Diego Harbor Cruise. After, they will visit SeaWorld San Diego, home to whales, dolphins, walruses, polar bears, and over 300 penguins. In addition to animals, the park also has several rides, including two roller coasters and a log flume. At the end of the day, we will return to Los Angeles for dropoff.
